Rapidness: It only takes 37 minutes to complete the cleaning, disinfection, drying, oiling when thermal sterilization cleaning is chosen.
QX360 PARAMETER INNOVATIVE FUNCTIONS
Fast elastic connection
An elastic joint structure of washer and the rack permits a fast connection and minimizes the loss of media and pressure as well as reducing carbon emissions, resulting in an improved cleaning effect in comparison with many other conventional docking systems.
Steam water cooling
This technology allows a complete condensation of water vapor to be exhausted outside, thus reducing the heat loss and save energy.
A0 value
It can automatically display the value of A0 during thermal disinfection, adjust and set A0 value corresponding to different cleaning objects.
Drying system
Three 5000W drying system and 0.3 micron drying filter: A high-power drying system ensures the drying effect; 0.3 micron filter system guarantees hot air cleanliness. Two inlet and liner detection systems to prevent low-temperature equipments against scorch when being dried.
Printing system
When cleaning is finished, the machine can automatically print parameters including temperature, time, AO value, the amount of enzyme, fuel, operating personnel in the cleaning process, and to store print records for long periods collagen paper printing technology is used.
